"Roman made the repairs necessary to put our house on the market in Summer 2015. It was a little tough scheduling him but once we connected he worked diligently and did a very good job with the repairs. After the house sold, we had a few inspection-list repairs that we needed done. I appreciated him juggling his schedule to fit us in, since we were on a tight fuse. We have had him do repairs in our new town home. He did these all very well. His last job for me, just finished today, was to relay a laminate floor damaged by a leaking fridge.
